The staff was CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS, the breakfast was amazing, everything was well-maintained. The location was marvellous and stunning - near to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and sightseeing, great Elizabeth St eateries and the main shopping district. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Tbh, the hotel is busy, nevertheless it has fabulous views. The rooms are light filled and modern with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. There is a pleasant in-house restaurant, for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the city and mountains, making it a good stay. I loved the convenience of the electric curtains and blinds in my room. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring an amazing selection and freshly cooked eggs just the way I like them!
I did encounter some maintenance noise starting bright and early at 8am, which wasn't ideal during my holiday. It was a bit frustrating trying to find a place to drop off my bags, and the $35 valet charge felt steep for first-time visitors.

I had an very nice stay, thanks to the room's stunning mountain views and the thoughtful amenities provided. The bathroom was not only beautifully set up but also accessible for disabled guests, ensuring comfort for everyone.
The only minor drawback was the limited availability of parking spaces. this slight inconvenience didn't overshadow the overall excellence of my experience.

The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, and the ability to order from the chef was a good touch. The staff consistently displayed professionalism and courtesy. The menu variety was somewhat limited for extended stays, and the hotel felt quite quiet after nightfall, which may not suit everyone.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were not only friendly but also super helpful in directing us to local attractions.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more cold cuts.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Hobart was invigorating, especially traveling with my 6-month-old. From the moment I entered, the warm and friendly staff, especially at reception, set the tone for a relaxing visit. The automation in the room was impressive, and waking up to amazing views of Hobart and the mountain was a highlight. The buffet breakfast, while delicious, could benefit from a bit more variety during longer stays. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the nearby landmarks, like Salamanca Place and the Mawson's Hut Replica Museum, made for lovely family outings. This hotel .

Sadly, the shower design in the room left a lot to be desired. Without a door, the floor flooded every time we took a shower, necessitating a towel to soak up the excess water. The restaurant's menu lacked availability on several dishes , with one seafood option consistently unavailable due to missing sauce ingredients, leaving us with fewer choices. The $35 daily parking fee felt excessive, especially with no convenient onsite options, which might frustrate travelers with vehicles.
