The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, and the ability to order from the chef was a delightful touch. The staff consistently displayed professionalism and courtesy, making every interaction enjoyable. However, the menu variety was somewhat limited for extended stays, and the hotel felt quite quiet after nightfall, which may not suit everyone.

Sadly, the shower design in the room left a lot to be desired. without a door, the floor flooded every time we took a shower, necessitating a towel to soak up the excess water. Additionally, the restaurant’s menu lacked availability on several dishes during our stay, with one seafood option consistently unavailable due to missing sauce ingredients, leaving us with fewer choices. Furthermore, the $35 daily parking fee felt excessive, especially with no convenient onsite options, which might frustrate travelers with vehicles.

The fruit buffet was a real treat, vibrant and fresh! The breakfast spread had something for everyone, totally fueling my culinary explorations. Plus, the staff were absolute legends, making sure we always felt at home in the dining area. The lounge access on the rooftop provided killer views and tasty canapes—definitely a highlight!
On the flip side, I missed the fresh fruit earlier on because it was tucked away. Navigating the dimly lit corridors after sunset turned into a little adventure, as I sometimes struggled to find my room.

Had a great time here with my friends! We explored the Hobart Cruise Terminal and caught a show at the Theatre Royal. The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal for our adventures. Just be prepared for the slow check-in process.
The check-in experience was frustrating. We had to wait a long time just to get to our room, which was annoying after traveling.
